Information Sheet on the Cost of Fitting a Kitchen Tap

That horrible loose 10 year old trendy (then!) mixer tap has now started to drip, so at long last you
have to change it, don’t you? It could be worse because it could be a bathroom basin tap. Now, they can be tricky!

Once the rubbish under the
sink and the shelf are out, the tap becomes accessible. That’s not to say accessible in any normal human sense of the word but plumborially accessible. i.e. it can just be reached with the tips of two fingers if you lie sprawled full length on the kitchen floor with that central door pillar cutting a groove in your face and nasty, fetid waste water dripping wet and cold from your elbow. A doddle then!
