Information Sheet on the Cost of Plumbing in a Fridge or Freezer

About 3 years ago this sarcophagus arrived at our front door. It’s black, 6’ high, has double doors and took a team of horses to get it into the kitchen. I asked what it could be, then cowered in terror at the look I got.

Oh well, I suppose if you have a bed and breakfast, live in the middle of nowhere, you need to keep a few supplies to hand, a small municipal building masquerading as a fridge might be necessary.

Anyway when it arrives there’s not much you can do about it is there? When your wife hands you a thin black tube you know you’re in trouble.

This tiny tube supplies the water for the ice you see. It needs to be connected to the water supply, often that’s on the other side of the kitchen!
