1To prepare, prime, undercoat and gloss just one door with acrylic paint, (not the frame or architrave), including removing and replacing the furniture.   1 man 1 day inc. materials.

2To do the same to all 7 internal doors inc. materials

“Labour” at £175 a day (tradesman) £100 (labourer), includes incidental fixings etc. and tipping charges. “Materials” if mentioned, are larger things (a boiler) and stuff only you can choose (tiles etc).  Also VAT must be added all round.

We’ve tried to think of a scenario where you would paint just an interior door. Wouldn’t you probably want to paint the frame as well? Then where do you stop? What about the architraves?…… Oops I’ve touched the skirting board. Now I’m going to have to paint that as well. Oh dear, those windows look a bit lacklustre!
