The other reason is that we have put a lot of time and effort into this site and we would like to generate some revenue in order to enable us to develop The Building Sheriff website further and bring you even more useful stuff.
The way these things work is that if we have a large email list, advertisers will pay to be on our homepage, as a consequence we can spend even more time on this internet lark, and you, in turn, can reap the benefits.
